Senator Muhammad Sani Musa (313) is known for many youth, educational, skill acquisition, and ICT programmes. His major concern is the Nigerian child through human capital development from childhood. The latest of such schemes is publishing 20 teen and young authors from Niger East Senatorial District of Niger State.
Minna, Niger State, is home to Nigerian teen authors. This single effort by Senator Sani Musa 313 further consolidates Minna as the most important colony and breeding ground for teen authors on the African continent, where secondary school children become authors at prime. This is the unmatched heritage that writers in the city have carved for themselves for over three decades in the development of literature in Nigeria. Hill-Top Creative Arts Foundation, established in 2004, takes the lead as the art academy responsible for this production and proliferation.
Currently, the publishing process of these new, young Nigerian authors has gone beyond 60%. Please find below the faces, Local Governments, and titles of Senator Sani 313 authors.
