The Trustees of the Hill-Top Creative Arts Foundation (HCAF) have appointed Ibraheem Uthman (Lonely Poet) as its new Administrative Secretary. The appointment is for a period of two years.
This is after considering his untiring and dedicated efforts towards helping to midwife the new phase of modern HCAF, especially as the Foundation expands and gets into complex administrative web. It is the Foundation’s belief that he will bring his knowledge, vast expertise and experience to bear in carrying out his tasks.
