Introduction
This report provides an overview of the Hill-Top Creative Art Foundation (HCAF) Centre in Osogbo, Osun State inaugurated by Gbenga Isaiah Adepoju, over two years ago. The Centre will serve as a hub for mentorship in art and the official location for the proposed African Poetry Library. This development is made possible through the new branch Chairman, Daniel Ibikitan and the collaborative support of Primus Xpression Concept, located beside the Adolak Hotel in the Ogooluwa area of Osogbo, Osun State.
Background
The Hill-Top Creative Art Foundation (HCAF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing and mentoring young creative talents across Nigeria. Its National Headquarters is in Minna, Niger State. It was founded by BM Dzukogi in 2004.
Its particular focus is on teen arts, in all areas of creative expressions. HCAF has a track record of producing award-winning young writers who are currently contributing to the Nigerian literary and art landscape by offering mentorship, training, and a platform for young talents to grow.

Establishment of HCAF Centre and African Poetry Library in Osogbo Osun State
Thanks to the generous support and partnership with Primus Xpression Concept, HCAF has secured a physical space in Osogbo will serve a multiplicity of purposes:
Mentoring Hub: The new HCAF Centre is designed to host mentorship sessions, workshops, and training for young creatives, offering a conducive environment where they can engage with mentors, refine their skills, and connect with like-minded individuals.

African Poetry Library: In addition to mentorship activities, the centre will house the Osun branch of the African Poetry Library, providing access to a collection of African poetry books and literary resources. This library aims to foster a culture of reading, appreciation of African poetry, and access to diverse literary works.
Art and Literary Contests: HCAF will commence institution of prizes and organising literary contests for primary and secondary schools in OSOGBO, next year.
Publication of Teen Chapbooks: The Osun branch of HCAF will also publish teen chapbooks from 2025.

The HCAF Centre and African Poetry Library are strategically located beside the Adolak Hotel in the Ogooluwa area of Osogbo, offering easy access to creatives within the Osogbo community and beyond.
