Aliyu Trust Foundation is the latest corporate participant in Minna, Niger State, art patronage. It is an NGO traditionally established for humanitarian purposes, like providing care and support for the less privileged. However, in the last three years, it has involved sponsoring HIASFEST to an annual tune of N10 million. Their contribution finances all the significant cash prizes and publications of the winning entries in poetry and prose of the Nigeria Prize for Teen Authors. HIASFEST is the biggest and the most comprehensive teen arts festival in Africa.
