The Kano International Poetry Festival (KAPFEST) paid homage to the living legend behind our journey. Pa BM Dzukogi, founder of Hilltop Creative Arts Foundation and the illustrious father of teen authors, writers and artists in Nigeria, received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for his limitless contributions to arts, literature, and the development of youths in Nigeria.
This award holds a lasting impression, celebrating his lifelong commitment to building platforms for creativity and his heartfelt contributions towards empowering young voices and tending to the next generation of African writers and performers.
