Abdulberqy U. Ebbo has been a faithful friend of the Hill-Top Creative Arts Foundation since he popped up in the public eye. He is the initiator and solely sponsor of the 1st and 2nd Niger State Photography Contest under HCAF. No doubt, Abdulberqy’s passion for photography is immeasurable. This has led to change in perception towards photography in Niger State as well as inspiring many young people as well as adults in Niger State community to see it as an art. Also, he has registered a Foundation (Minna Photography Foundation) for mentoring young people which has since commenced operations. His contribution to the construction of HCAF Mosque at the National Headquarters in Minna is a thing of note. He has made other numerous donations to HCAF’s NIFESTEENA and members, in cash and material. For two years, he sponsored the renovation of HCAF’s old accommodation at Hill-Top Model School, Minna.
