Yusuf Baba Mohammed, widely recognized as Yusuf BM, is a versatile creative professional with a myriad of talents. Renowned as a writer, poet, photographer, graphic and web designer, web developer, and cyber security analyst, his multifaceted skills are a testament to his dedication to the world of art and technology. He is the author of the Poetry Collection titled “Brittle Songs.”
Born and raised predominantly in the historic city of Bosso, Minna, Niger State, Minna, Yusuf’s educational journey began at Fema Schools, Bosso, where he completed his nursery, primary and secondary schools education. Later, he furthered his studies at Abu-Turab College, successfully concluding his secondary education. Presently, Yusuf is pursuing a degree in Public Administration at EduSoko University in Bida, Niger State.
As the CEO of Mammoth Spectrum Media, an international media and technology company, Yusuf BM is dedicated to providing top-notch media and tech services to the public while fostering the promotion of art and culture across the globe.
Additionally, Yusuf serves as the Administrative Secretary of the Hill-Top Creative Arts Foundation (HCAF), a position he has held since 2019. His talent has garnered recognition in various international journals, including notable mentions in publications like Mixed Mag, Rigorous Magazine, and Olney Magazine. He achieved the remarkable feat of securing 3rd Place in the Korea-Nigeria Poetry Prize in 2017 (Student Category) and clinched another 3rd Place victory in the NIFESTEENA Photography Contest in 2018.
Yusuf’s photography skills stand out due to his unique focus on phone photography, which has earned him membership in the prestigious Pexels community, boasting over 20,000 views.
