Distinguished Senator Muhammad Sani Musa (313) represents the Niger East Senatorial District of Niger State (Zone B). This is his first term in the Senate. He qualifies as an art promoter for donating a magnificent building to Hill-Top Creative Arts Foundation as its new national headquarters. The big building will be used for ICT and library. It is worthy of note that, no long letters were written to secure the edifice but a mere SMS message to him did the magic. The arena is now a formidable art arena in Minna.
